Due to the high number of last minute cancellations and no shows we have been forced to enact a strict cancellation policy.

We understand that life happens but when guests cancel last minute we are left with spaces we cannot fill.

All appointments must be cancelled within 48 hours from the set appointment time. If a guest fails to cancel within 48 hours you will be charged 30% of the of the estimated service total. If a guest cancels within 24 hours they will be required to leave a 50% non-refundable deposit to book any future appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the future appointment.  If the future appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours the deposit will be forefeited in it's entirety.
